Helping individuals of all ages thrive in their bodies and improve their overall health and well being is at the heart of everything I do. From infants and children, to pregnant and postpartum patients, to older adults, I am here to help. 

 

My fascination with the human body started young and has only deepened over time. In addition to my chiropractic degree, I hold a Masters in Applied Clinical Nutrition and have completed advanced training in pregnancy care, cranial work, tongue ties and feeding issues, TMJ, headaches, soft tissue manipulation, and foot mechanics. I am currently working towards my perinatal and paediatric certifications through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.

 

Originally from a small town in northern Ontario, I completed my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology before heading to New York for chiropractic school. I then found my way to Vancouver Island where I practiced for three years before a two year chapter in New Brunswick. We are finally back home in the Comox Valley, and I couldn’t be more excited to get back to doing what I love alongside this incredible community.

 

When I’m not in practice you’ll find me out on the trails with my dog, hiking or backpacking, tending my garden, cooking and baking, hunting down a great new restaurant, sewing, curled up with a good book, or trying out a new hobby to add to the list
